Not hungry but still eating!

How can I stop obsessing about food?
I mean when to eat, what to eat, even though I know I'm not hungry I always have food on the brain!

    It is hard to change a mindset.

    For me, I have found when I have everything pre-made, pre-measured, and pre-planned out then I can stop thinking about it, because there is nothing left to think about IYSWIM. All I have to look at is if by the end of the day have I consumed all of my pre-portioned meals.

    Find a hobbie. Eat to live, don't live to eat. If your hobbie is eating, find a new one.

    I still do that :( But at least now I'm obsessing on healthier foods I guess...
