I recently started working out again a week and a half ago. I am working out 5 days a week and notice I am hungry ALL THE TIME! I am having a hard time staying under my calories because all I want to do is eat? Does anyone have any suggestions to help me get back into the swing of things?

Eat 4-6 lower calorie meals per day rather than 3 average ones. Good luck!0

Try drinking more water and see if that helps fill you up more. If you're still hungry try snacking on some low cal fruits or veggies. Hope this helps0

Eat protein, keeps you feeling fuller longer. I have a protein shake after the gym and find that helps.
Drink lot's of water. Eat 6 smaller meal's.0 -
That happens to me to when I'm working out hard everyday. I agree to increase your protein as well as spread out your meals. Maybe have something with protein within an hour of your workout as well will help.0
