Carb Cycling

I did some reading about this and learned that this is suppose to help with weight loss... I guess I am a little confused about it because it is telling me to consume over 100 carbs a day on low carb days, so how can this be considered low carb? I don't go into ketosis unless I stay under 60 carbs or so a day.. I know this because I test regularly... So how could this possibly work? And the protein demands are very high...
