Not sure if I am eating enough calories

My TDEE is at 2148 and my RMR is at 1370. I eat 1200 or less calories. Is that enough or should I be eating more? I also work out about every other day running and lifting.

    You should be eating more, otherwise your metabolism will die out... You need to fuel the fire to continue fat loss so take you tdee and gradually reduce it by 200 calories each 2-4 weeks and not only will you see better results you will have a load more energy :)

    i would recommend taking way 100 calories per week and seeing how that affects you, 200 calories is pretty much a meal a day! x
