They can be wrong sometimes. Or it might be "about 2 servings" and have anywhere from 1.75-2.25 servings.0

They can be off up to 20%.
That said, you still need to eat a LOT more food.0 -

1) I don't go to "tesco" so I don't know about that.
2) french toast: I'm not sure how that can be 40 cals because just one slice of any bread I've ever had was a little over 100 cals, then you add the egg/milk mixture plus maybe syrup and butter and I'm just not sure about that one.
3) 2 biscuits - 23 cal each not any biscuits I've ever had. Unless by biscuits you mean tic tacs.
4) a tortilla wrap - 100 again not any tortilla i've ever had, not the flour ones that are usually used for wraps, unless you found some kind of diet one and wrapped it around air and are having an air wrap, I would look further into that one.
5) i've never heard of salad cream. strange. just the name of it is strange. so I can't comment on that one either.
Maybe you can find comparable items to the one's you are eating and see if it's reasonable those cals are in those ranges? That might help you get a better overall idea what has how much calories. Maybe you're right and you feel satiated because you are consuming more calories than that.0 -
who you gonna believe? the package or your lying appetite?0

Tesco is a grocery store in Scotland - possibly other UK destinations as well? And ya, I agree with you on those calorie counts. Something seems off there. Oh - I think salad cream is salad dressing? My best friend lives in Scotland and they call ground beef, 'mince'. All sorts of different names for regular day to day foods over there...0 -
If all those foods had the calorie count from the packet, then they're probably right. My wraps and biscuits are usually more than that, but I don't choose diet options.
Is that you in your profile pic? If so, do you still have weight to lose?0 -

Totally agree on the calorie count they sound way off0 -
Just had a look Tesco sell what they call French toast (but it's not really) they're crisp bread for things that's what I think the OP is taking about.

I'm pretty sure what she's calling a biscuit would be what we would call a cracker or cookie...not a luscious bread item served with butter and honey....or sausage gravy......drool....0

Your metabolism needs to be fired up, eat more :-) Try eating every 3 hours, small meals and see how your body starts kicking in gear.0
