HOW DO YOU LIKE YOURS? salads yum..

when food shopping i prefer to buy ready packed salad packs, ones with the dressing in a packet so i never add on the dressing..
they range from 40 - 300 calories. I tend to go for high protein and low carb so a standard side salad for 40cals then i add my own can of tuna or chicken..

I also buy my vegetables in single serving steam bags and i buy single serving packets of mixed fruits, which is amazinggggg...

i prefer to read a packet and add up from a packet as appose to do all the guessing and weighing as its sooo time consuming! ..

p.s top tip.. when you buy a fresh batch of eggs, boil the reminder of the other packet and yum always boiled eggs on the go.. and remove the yolk and you have a 17 cal, high protein snack!!! delicious! - I always do this!!!

I also enjoy adding malt vinegar and black pepper to my lettuce, delicious !!!! - i eat so much good food I am always full and people think i eat so much more than them but eliminating junk foods has its benefits..


mars bar - 220 cal high carb high fat and zero nutrition value

Tuna 130g in brine, side salad, 2 egg whites and light salad cream - appx 220.

I know which is making my chops drooooooool :D
