Just wanted to say hello and introduce myself. I am Nicole, age 28, from NJ. I am a former member of Spark People, however I have found I like the set up on MFP much better. I am not really looking to lose much, just whatever I have gained from me quitting smoking back in January, which is about 10 pounds. However, I am looking to tone up my tummy area and say bye to the love handles. I am currently doing Insanity and love it :) If anyone wants to be friends, would absolutely love that :)
