Chocolate Peanut Butter Mug Cake - gluten and dairy free!

OK, here goes, I thought this was delicious! I'm not even sure it even needs the honey so next time I will make it without.

1T coconut flour
1/2 of a small banana
1T peanut butter
3T egg whites (or 1 egg)
1/2T raw honey
1T unsweetened cocoa powder
2T canned lite coconut milk (or milk of choice)

Mash and mix well or run through a food processor like I did. Pour into a mug and microwave around 2 minutes (until done, mine took 2 min) Then enjoy straight from the mug! Or if you really want it will dump right out onto a plate.

Mine came out to 250 calories but yours will vary depending on your exact ingredients. I used egg white in mine.
