Do you hold the kettlebell/DB if you are doing single leg deadlifts?? I have read and seen both - some sites say hold it on same side as the supporting leg, others say opposite side!!

your choice. opposite side is more unstable, possibly reducing the weight you can handle but increasing the work your core has to do to hold your body position. decide for yourself if you want to get the benefits of more weight or more core work.0

I was always told to hold a dumbell in each hand. I guess it depends on how far advanced you are the the exercise and your familiarity with it.0
