    Hoping to drop 45 more lbs by my birthday August 6th so like 2 1/2 months don't think I'll hit it but doesn't mean I'm not going to try!!

    my goal last year was to meet my goal before my birthday and it was one of my long term goals i had made. I did it and personally think you can do anything when you put that commitment, dedication, patience and persistence into something you want
