Body Trim success?

Hi there,

I am interested in trying body trim but wanted to hear any real stories from people who have tried it. Before I go and buy it...

How long does it take to see results? Does the weight drop off fast?

Ive read all you need to do is 30 minutes a day walking to get 10,00 steps is this right?


Does eating so much meat in the first 3 days make you ill if you are not used to eating meat?

Can someone give me a day description of what you eat?

    Don't do anything you have to buy to lose weight. Don't fall for a diet that claims you have to detox.

    Eating meat only for days? Not sure what that is supposed to do.

    Personally, I refuse to go on a diet. You need to find something that you can do for the rest of your life to be successful to lose the weight and keep the weight off long term.
  • Body trim is great, I have seen so many success stories (real ones!) I have just started it again and although yes there is an initial detox for three days it does make a big difference to how you feel. Haven't craved sugars or starchy carbs since. The rest of the time it is pretty simple. Combining the right foods to help you loose and a few basic principles to follow. You do get one day a week to eat whatever you want for two meals that day so if there is something you love you have it then.
    Definitely recommend it, I've tried a lot of things and body trim in my eyes is definitely the best!! Regardless of the weight loss I just feel fantastic!!
