Had to renew the driver's license today. I got to change the weight! Down 37 pounds. ( < giggle>). Unfortunately a young man was on DL duty. I think a woman might have said something whenI said I needed to change the weight. Oh well, I was happy! In 4 years, I will change it again!

Also have exercised 30 minutes minimum a day 6 days in row. Going for 7 later!

What is your NSV for the week or day? Details ! I want details!

    That's a VERY cool NSV!! I remember getting to do that in 1997. I am just hoping to get pretty close to what it says on my DL when I renew it later this year.
