Help me "healthy up" my family meals

I do a decent job feeding myself, but it's feeding my husband and daughter healthier foods that's hard.
For myself, I'm not afraid to try different, healthy recipes. They, on the other hand, are. My daughter is 5 and will only eat certain things. My husband eats a variety, but if it isn't super tasty, he won't eat it.

I have switched pasta to whole wheat pasta. We use whole wheat bread. I make my own bread crumbs using wheat bread.

What else can I do? Hubby does eat too much white rice, so I suppose slowly cutting it down and mixing it with brown will help.

Any suggestions for incorporating new, healthy foods?
Also, ideas or links for family-friendly recipes are awesome!

EatingWell.com has a lot of great family-friendly recipes. I like them because they focus on making recipes lighter in calories and higher in nutrition, but don't cut out whole foods all the time--like they might still include a small amount of cream in a recipe instead of substituting in some fat-free substance. Two of their recipes that have become staples in my family are the Creamy Cajun Chicken Pasta, and Beef and Bean Chile Verde.

My kids eat what we're having (they're 5 also). We don't do anything fancy, just one protein and veggies, with sometimes a salad or whole wheat pasta, couscous, brown rice (not too often) or egg noodles. Sometimes we have tacos and they get to fill their own, or just pasta, or pizza. My hubby didn't mind switching to whole grain pasta and brown rice though, and the kids, well, it took a while but they eat most of their plate now.

    I use this one a lot, http://www.skinnytaste.com/ and I love EatingWell.com

One staple in my house is I make muffin size meatloaf that are stuffed with different veggies, and I use oat bran instead of bread crumbs in them. My husband the junk food junkie, and don't dare change up any traditional food kind of guy, actually think these taste better then the meatloaf I used to make. I even get him eating veggies he tells me he hates in them, because I dice them up real tiny and he can't tell with all the other flavors.
