Hello, I'm trying out this site because I saw someone else was getting pretty good results on it. I've been pretty active my whole life until the last two years of college. Urgh. I looked at photos of myself during that time and decided I needed to be much more aware of what I'm doing to my body. I'm looking forward to keeping a food and exercise journal. Guess we'll see how it goes.

    Welcome to MFP and good luck! I've been on here for about 2 weeks and it's already helped me see a change in my eating habits and exercise. : )

    I've been here for what will be 3 weeks on Wednesday and I'm getting results, I hate college, it kills us all lol. I had a bad case of the freshman 15.
