Hello i'm a newbie and this is the start of My Weight Loss Blog :-)
Gender: Female
Height: 5′9
Starting Weight: 180 lbs
Goal Weight: 140 lbs
Day 1– 5/13/13: P90X Cardio DVD–Weighed 180 lbs
Day 2–5/14/13: P90X Cardio DVD–Weighed 180 lbs
Day 3–5/15/13: Rest
Day 4–5/16/13: 1 hour of cardio on eliptical–8 cups of water–Small meals every 3 hours of fruits and veggies and 1 frozen fit meal–Weighed 175 lbs
Day 5–5/17/13: 1 hour of cardio on eliptical–8 cups of water–Small meals every 3 hours of fruits and veggies and 1 frozen fit meal–Weighed 174 lbs
I really want to stick to this weightloss plan longterm as a life choice and reach my goal of 140 lbs. I’ve started a lot of weight loss plans, diets and workouts in the past and everytime i would give up after not seeing results quick enough. I realize now that it’s going to take patience and self discipline to keep up and follow through with this weight loss plan. Usually i eat whatever and whenever until i feel sick instead of until i’m satisfied. I’ve always loved eating large portions of food with no limitations and without any excercize which is why i gained so much weight over the years. A couple weeks ago i got all the way up to 187 lbs which is the biggest i’ve been. I started this weight loss journey on monday 5/13/13 at 180 lbs. I’m currently as of today down to 174 lbs. I’m determined to stick with it this time and reach my weight goal of 140 lbs. I’d love to hear any feedback, advice, and support. Thanks.
