Calories per day

What should I be aiming for to loss average 1lb per week. I train 5 times a week between high cardio classes / toning classes.

    It all depends how heavy you are too start with. Bigger proof can easily lose higher amounts initially. A good average healthy amount to aim for would be one to two pounds. It though could spend on your starting weight as I said

    Thanks current start weight is 9st 6 ideally would like to get to 9 or just below
