Advice please

Looking to tone...have NO IDEA where to start...not really worried about losing weight...just want to be firm...I am a BEGINNER...so where to start? thx in advance for all advice!

There are a ton of options out there, depending on your comfort zone.0 -
I won't even go over the toning vs. gaining muscle blah blah blah.
Start a heavy lifting program. Apply Occam's Razor. Simpler is better (Starting Strength, Stronglifts 5x5, and Greyskull LP). Something where you do the big compound barbell lifts. Eat an adequate amount of food, especially protein. That's the best way you can get to where you want. Pepper in whatever cardio you like, just don't let it detract from your lifting.0 -
