One day of cheating but doing my workout :)

hey :) do you think 1 day of cheating per week is right ? I mean.. on saturday I allow myself eat everything (in moderation) and not really all day.. just some meals. will that make me gain weight ? I haven't eat alot of calories. Beside that I have done my workout today and my 25 minutes jogging in the evening :) THE QUESTION IS: Will that slow up things next week and make my gain weight or I am fine ? NOT ON DIET. JUST TRYING TO MAINTAIN! Also trying to lose 2 kgs but I have enough time for that

    i know its not ideal for everyone, but i have done this every week for 5months. if i didnt i would never stick to it. i always still workout on the day , i eat a decent breakfast and lunch but allow myself what i want for tea and some wine. so far i have lost over 30lb x
