I know you all are worried about maintaining your weight loss. It's a pretty big fear for all of us. I actually stopped logging my food on here about 3 weeks ago because I wanted to make sure I could do it on my own. The most wonderful thing has happened for me. I am actually able to eat like a normal person as long as I keep working out. My metabolism is working faster and better than it has in years. The one thing to remember is that after you lose your weight, you need to be diligent about watching the scale. Get on that scale every few days. Also, keep eating a balanced and healthy diet. Splurging is ok every now and then as long as you don't revert back to fast food several times per week. I have been very pleased at my ability to do it on my own. I also know MFP is here if I ever need it. Good luck to everyone and you should be so proud of your accomplishments.
