need help loosing baby belly

I am 54, so I have been trying to loose the same 10 lbs for 19 years. I exercise 6 days a week for 1 hr- weight lifting, running, swimming, yoga, eliptical, stair master. I vary it to keep my body guessing.
I think i eat healthy- vegetarian, but eat eggs. eat BF, lunch , dinner and 2 snacks. eats lots of fruits and veg since i love them. Increased my protein intake by eating tofu, seitan, egg white. eat only whole wheat bread,( I happen to actually love it), eat white rice( trying to change). I log my calories and eat between 1200 to 1500.
wt won't come off!. checked my thyroid, normal.
what else could i be doing?
The only time I lost was when i tried wt watchers. may be should try it again.
My main fault is eating/snacking in the evening after dinner but i stop it 2 hrs before bedtime.I am hoping there must be someone out there who has been where I am found a way to loose wt and keep it off
I am now 138.2 lbs. want to be 130. is it asking fro too much?
