Never ever posted before and after...be nice

I have never ever ever posted a before and after pic...frankly im ashamed of my body and I have notice that some people on this site are just plain old mean and rude. However I am proud of my 25 pound weightloss and I have began taking pictures of myself to keep track of the losses because thats the only way I can tell. The before pic was taken February 25, 2013 and this after about 3 weeks ago. And Im happy I can see a difference!!!!! I have A LONG!!!!!! way to go just excited that my hard work is starting to show!!!!!!

    You are doing amazing!! I wish I had taken a 'before' picture when I started. I'm down 22lbs and don't really see much of a difference but if I had the proof like you do I'd be more motivated for sure. 25 lbs has made a huge difference for you! you should be extremely proud!!!
