Question, has anyone used these before? My coworker has been taking them and let me use a few and it really has helped my appetite. I have had the hardest time with eating because I want EVERYTHING. I am exercising and everything but I was wondering about this. In the past I have used appetite suppressants and nothing worked. But this seems to, so I want to see what others experiences have been.
