Can't get to the gym today

I've been lifting for the past month or so, but I can't make it to the gym today. I don't want to forgo my workout altogether, however, any ideas for body weight work out that I can do later at home that will challenge me like a lifting session?

    There are tons of body weight exercises you can do, like pushups and squats. Google might help you find quite a few of those kinds of things.

    Try the March No Nonsense Challenge. Uses your body weight. There are also BodyWeight routines out there for all fitness levels. If you check out the challenge go to the beginning, March, and look at each week to find the one most suited to your level. Be creative and add in some lunges and planks if you want. Vary the pushups to do both narrow ones for your triceps and wide ones for your chest and back. Have a great workout.
