I have been on and off MFP for a while. I have recently just discovered a love for hiking/walking/jogging and use the Nike running app on my phone to track myself. I went for a walk today and only set out to walk about 2 miles (I walk about 5 miles a night at work according to my fitbit).

I ended up doing 3.25 miles! Took two breaks during my first mile and jogged for roughly a minute three times. Only took one break the second miles and jogged about 45 seconds five times. And the last 1.25 I didn't take any breaks and jogged for about half of it! I'm just so proud of myself. This time last year, or even a few months ago I would not have been able to jog longer than ten seconds without keeling over haha.

Ps. I also got one of those acknowledgement nods from other people out jogging:) I felt included! Haha
