Best Ab Workout

So, my tummy pooch does not seem to ever shrink. I do crunches, pilates, cardio and it still stays the same. Any advice on the best way to get good results?

    your diet really has an affect on the abs. try to eat as clean as you can. and do cardio.

    what kinds of cardio/how much of it are you currently doing?

    I do cardio atleast 3 times a week for about 40 minutes.

    what kind of cardio? i.e. biking, swimming, running, etc.

    also, if this isn't working, definitely try to eat cleaner. also, carbs increase fat around the stomach area, so maybe try to do a lower carb diet.

    Mostly elliptical or treadmill. My diet is pretty good about carbs.

    I just strted the P90X workout. t has a great AB program that you do 3 times a week for 15 minutes each time. It's intense. If you could find that one program from the set, it might help.

    Ab Ripper X is good, but I like Debbie Siebers' Slim & 6-Pack even better.
