"A New Me" Group's June Fitness Challenge

For the month of June, our fitness challenge is to work out at least 21 days.
This challenge is open to anyone who wants to join. We just keep a running tally of the month's workouts. For example, the first person who reports their workout will post this:
Tuesday, June 1
[Person's name here] - 1
The next person will copy the post, add their name to the list, and so on. When you do your next workout for the month, just copy the most recent post so nobody's numbers get lost and update your number.

count me in again i really enjoyed Mays fitness challenge, it got me motivated.

Good Morning. I am back in. It was great seeing how many days I exercised.

can't wait! last month was the first time i'd completed the challenge and i lost 4 pounds (2 of which i gained back over the last week but hopefully those will be back off soon). haven't had a chance to work out today but hopefully i'll get to it tonight.0

The month of May was extremely busy for me with work and my son's HS graduation. I hope that June will be better. Although I do have a lot going on this month as well. I wil just have to dig deep and try harder !!!!0 -
