Is it bad to go over your protein and fiber intake?

I almost never post in the forums, but I've recently switched to a pescetarian diet and I've noticed that I've been going over both my protein and fiber intakes. I went over by 40g of protein today! Is this bad? Should I hold off on the fish a bit?

Its not bad.
Our body requires a minimum of 100g a bad to prevent muscle loss.
Fiber is Healthy and essential.0 -
No, it's fine. MFP goals are notoriously low. Aim for at least 1g of protein/ lb lean body mass a day. I aim for at least 125g/day, and usually get more.0

It is, in fact, good to go over both.0
