So I posted about making homemade ground turkey chili.....I can't find the calorie count for it. I made it with lean turkey, garlic, onion, salt, 2 cans canned diced tomatoes, 1 can chili beans in sauce, i can black beans, and some seasonings, can someone help me so I can do my food intake for my dinner?? Thanks.

I add in all my ingredients to dinner that were used to make the WHOLE meal. Then I click on remember meal and save it with a name like "Homemade Turkey Chili, makes 8 servings". Then I go back and delete all the ingredients from my dinner and then go to add item from My Meals, and for the serving size I would put 0.125 (for 1/8th of the meal). Then the recipe is in there fro any time I want to eat it and reuse it. Hope this helps!0
