Broccoli Salad- Rebooted

I know I have seen other versions of this, but this is my version , warning, you may want to cut this in half ( keep in mind i have 9 people in the house and 8 of them are veg heads)

12 C Broccoli florets , chopped small
1 c large onion minced or fresh green onion
1 1/2 c shredded carrots
1c loosely packed Raisins
1/2c sunflower seeds(unsalted raw)
3 6 oz c honey almond archer farms yogurt
1/2c mayonnaise
1T fresh ground pepper

-- I have seen other recipes that use bacon, etc. but I didnt have any , so its not in there:D
in hindsight I would have maybe used 1 or 2 of plain greek yogurt instead.

it calories out to about 150 cal per cup- makes roughly 16-18 c , depending on how coarse the broccoli and carrots are shredded/chopped
