ALRIGHT - I WAS NOT ON TOP OF MY NUTRITION TODAY....I'M CLOSE TO 700 CALORIES UNDER MY BMR.....
I HAVE ONLY DONE 20 MINUTES OF EXERCISE TODAY...BURNED ABOUT 150 CAL'S ....NORMALLY I'M IN THE 800-1000 BURN...
TOMORROW AFTERNOON I'LL BE DOING SOME CARDIO KICKBOXING...WILL BURN AROUND 800 CALORIES THEN I'M SURE.
SO...THOSE OF YOU WHO TRY TO EAT YOUR CALORIES AT BARE MINIMUM EVERYDAY...IN YOUR EXPERIENCE...WHAT WOULD YOU DO IF YOU WERE IN MY SHOES...
I HAVE NO APPETITE...BUT I'LL EAT IF I NEEDTO. JUST A LITTLE TOO STRESSED TODAY I SUPPOSE.

It won't be a problem if you don't eat enough for just one night, just don't make a habit of it and make sure you get as much as you need tomorrow. But if you end up getting hungry, eat. I eat my dinner at 9-10 pm every night and nothing has gone wrong from it.0

Your metabolism can't tell time, regardless of whatever broscience is tossed around. If you're hungry and really below your deficit, eat.0

If you're not hungry then don't eat. This doesn't happen often, right? Having a low day here and there does not mess up your metabolism or cause any harm at all.0

One day isn't a big deal and if you want to bump it up a little have some peanut butter. Have a good night.0

A serving or two of nuts will get you closer to goal - a lot of calories and healthy fats, and it shouldn't make you feel too full if you aren't really hungry. I have some trail mix on hand for just such scenarios - mixed nuts, dried fruits, sunflower and pumpkin seeds. Yum! :drinker:
P.S. If you ARE hungry, just have a meal. Doesn't matter what time it is.0 -
I have a strict rule for myself, not to eat after 7pm. I'm 675 calories under today but I'm just moving on0
