So i have the Insanity and 30day shred dvds. Last summer I did the 30 day shred, not sure which one to do now.
Im a little scared to do the Insanity one, Im 180 pounds, so maybe too fat for that?
Has anyone done it? Can I do it?

insanity & 30ds dont even compare. im currently doing 30ds and i did insanity last year. insanity is super intense. a great workout but probably more of a workout you'll dread than enjoy until youre in better shape. i hurt my knee doing it because theres a lot of jumping. i would go thru all the levels of 30ds first and then do insanity. or just try it one day.. you already have it so just see how you feel about it.0

I weigh more than you and am currently doing Insanity.. 2 weeks left before I start all over. You do Insanity at your own pace and you can modify moves if you need to..
I haven't done 30DS but I heard it doesn't compare..
I would go for Insanity.. It is addicting to see the change and the strength you gain.0 -
Mix it up. Beginners and variety use 30day shread. Used to working out go to Insanity. It's all good. Switch it out so your body doesn't get used to it. Add treadmill or weights at the beginning of 30 day for more of a workout.0

I am doing insanity now and its great BUT I do not suggest starting out with it. You risk injury and being discouraged if you are only starting to work out.
IIf you are new to working out I would start with 30ds and go from there. Its best to start out slow until you are strong enough to do the moves CORRECTLY0
