I know there are so many fitness dvd's/programs out there... What do you think is the best one?

    My sister loves Cathe, she does a lot of heavier lifting and is pretty challenging. I love Jari Love, she's considered 'advanced' as well. Tonique by sylwia wiesenberg kicks my butt. Right now I'm doing ripped in 30 by Jillian Michaels. There are also so many different types like pilates, barre, intervals, circuits, etc that you just need to find what you prefer and assess your goals.
    What I tend to rely on personally are:
    Ripped in 30-Jillian Michaels
    Get Ripped 1000/Get Extremely Ripped 1000-Jari Love
    Tonique-Sylwia Wiesenberg
    10 Days to a Better Body-Cindy Whitmarsh
    I like intervals and circuits and high impact work outs. It's pretty dependent on the person.
