help i've reached a plateau

ok i've lost like 44 pounds since i started dieting last December. i kept losing weight until last march. the last 2 and half months i haven't lost any weight probably a pound or two that's it. right now i'm at 1500 calories a day '' my diet is strict''. i'm a guy who weights 215 pounds and 6 foot tall. i just need to lose 25 more pounds. i tried everything i started exercising and i cut my calories even more. and right now i have a knee injury so i cant exercising much. what should i do? i've started giving up. the only thing i have not tried is increasing my calories intake, some people say it worked for them.
