Maintenance on workout days and deficit on rest days?

What do you guys think? Do you guys eat more during workout days and a deficit on rest days to lose bodyfat?

    This is basically what I do. 1666 on rest days and +200-300 on lifting days. Works out so far, since I am always starving when I'm done at the gym.
