First weigh-in since restarting.

I decided yesterday after a binge that I would restart my new diet today.
So I reset my stats and everything.
Then this morning the moment of truth came..I stepped on the scale and saw my weight; 130.4
I wasn't thinking about my lowest weight when I saw the number,
I was thinking about how much I had lost since starting my diet January. On that Day I weighed 163.4
In 110 days I have managed to lose 33 pounds, which I think is amazing.
But now it's time to get to my goal weight range of 114-119.

I would like to be there by September 1st.
That's 15.4 pounds in 105 days, Since I'm lighter I know it will be harder. But I think I can do it.
I will do this.
Anybody want to add me and help me? I'll need all the help I can get.
Anyone want to give me some advice as to what to eat? How much to exercise? etc? I'm open to hearing anything.
