Ladies, do any of you have a slight gain at weigh in around 'that time' of the month? Even if you have stuck to your program? :huh:

    Yes. Sometimes even a couple of pounds. It's just water weight for me and goes away after. Not to worry.

    I can have a gain of upto 5lb but it's usually water weight :)

    For sure!!! I jump the scale up to 5 lbs and it makes me soo sad but I keep training, because stopping shouldn't be the answer to weight gain anyway.

    It does go away though :)

    This. I don't weigh myself around that time just because I know it will just roll off in a week anyway.
