Newly Pregnant

Hi all.....I have recently discovered I am pregnant for the third time and would love some friends who are or have been pregnant while using MFP. I spoke with my doctor and she has said it's ok for me to keep up with my gym work (if i EVER get the energy back!) and have decided to change my settings to 0.5lbs weight loss....which increases my calorie intake.
I have decided to keep logging just to keep an eye on what I'm eating and I don't want to put on too much with this pregnancy.... prior to getting pregnant I had just hit a 20kg weight loss goal! So any support is much appreciated

I'm currently struggling with being VERY hungry but not really finding any foods I want to eat.... very early on in the pregnancy I went off most foods except toast and cereal! And I'm sooooo tried making it hard to get to the gym....I find myself napping at random times. Would love to hear any ideas/tips/thoughts that worked for you!

We're in the same age group & I'm at 14 weeks (today actually!). I'm DEFINITELY continuing to lead and live the healthy lifestyle I've been on for the last 4 years. All my Docs have approved, and while there are days I'm SUPER hungry, there are others I'm not as hungry, but I'm still eating healthy for me & the Little One. I'm still DEFINITELY working out! I've modified some of my existing workouts & got 4 new prenatal DVD's to add that I absolutely LOVE already!!

I know weeks 7 through 9 my energy was shot to hell! I was still waking up early to do a workout at home before getting ready for work, but I could only manage about 25-30 mins of something easy like Tai Chi, Yoga or Pilates: by the time I got home in the evenings, where I used to head to the gym after work, I barely made it home & it was all I could do to crash on the couch until Hubz got home and then I just couldn't do anything - not even get dinner together!! I remember looking at Hubz one night and saying "If this is what it's like to be pregnant, I don't know WHY women enjoy it so much!" For me to not workout and just lay there is VERY unusual! But, in the last couple weeks I've got my energy back, I workout in the AM before work & while I still haven't gone back to the gym, I'm working out at home in the evenings (I'm too worried I'll be tired & it's a 35 min drive home from the gym, so if I can workout at home still, I'm good with that for now  ).

Long story short, feel free to add me if you would like. I log my food (95% of the time - I've been too tired some days but that seems to be going away lately!), I workout at least 5 days per week, nothing hardcore anymore, but I'm still keeping healthy, active and strong. After all, at my age, I'm going to need all I can to keep up with an energetic Baby in 6 months time!

    Hiya girls,

I'm pregnant with baby number 3 as well. I'm 9+5 today and I'm knackered and sick lol. But I've had enough now of not trying and vegging out. I need to try and eat better and get a hold of myself lol.

I'm sending friend requests if you don't mind. But please don't pay too much attention to my food, I've loads of food aversions and loads of sickness. xx
