Body Pump

I did Body Pump yesterday and just wondered if anyone else does it and if so what do they log it as, as its not listed in the exercise part

    The body pump class I go to is 45 minutes long. Think I tracked it as roughly 20 minutes callisthenics, 25 minutes strength training. Complete guess! But I figured you burn more calories that 45 mins of regular strength training because it really gets your heart rate up.

    I log mine as Circuit Training, General. Since you get your heart rate up, then you rest, then you get it up again, and rest, then you change muscle groups, etc... It is a lot like Circuit Training. Hope this helps (:
