So I for a little over a month I've had some bad days...like really bad full on binge days. And it made me think that I ruined my diet but then I had to think, I didn't ruin anything. If I hadn't lost all that weight I'd be heavier and even more depressed. So I decided today to start over.
To get some motivation I decided to put together some before and after pictures.
At my highest weight (January 30th, 2013) I was 163.4 pounds. [I'm 5'2.5 btw]
And today, after not stepping on the scale for a while I weighed in at 130.4. I didn't think about my lowest weight I thought about the fact I had lost 33 pounds since starting!
I would like to lose the last 15 pounds, just to prove to myself that I have the control to even though I'm pretty happy with my body. I need to gain control back that the binges took from me.
I would like to lose the 15 pounds by September first. That's 15 pounds in 105 days. 1 pound a week till September 1st. I can do this... Hopefully D;

And I ate around 1200-1400 calories daily.
For workouts I switched it up between. Taebo,biking, walking, dancing. I also started playing tennis.
I would also eat only half of my exercise calories back.0 -
