hi
i am a former member of RC and didnt want to renew my membership after maintaining my current weight for over a year. i found this site to log in my food and exercise. i like the way it works and am using my exercise calories and have lost 2 lbs since the beginning of the month.
is anyone else a former member now using MFP.?
