    Hey add me I'm suppose to start month two of insanity but I'm debating between starting month two or doing the first month over I'm not sure if I'm ready for month two

    I will start it on june 1, how do you modify? I am interested to know as I have knee pain a lot due to arthritis

    I don't do jump squats etc... When he does that I just do regular squats. I basically do everything else, just no jumping.

    Feel free to add me. I'm on Week 3 - Day 4 as of today. This is my first round. So far I'm down 5.6 pounds. I say it's working lol

    I have found the warm up & downs pretty quick and I am a little sore as a result of this.

    So I would recommend a full warm up and stretch before starting the sessions

    I am hoping to get home early this afternoon to do my fit test......then I coach a girls lacrosse travel team and we have tryouts tonight.....I'll be earning LOTS of workout minutes!

    just did my fit test today, not too bad. Some of the exercises were tough. I hope they get easier when I get stronger.
