hello
i know that there is difference b/ the type of amino acids you get from different protien sources for example, but
my question is, is there a difference between the good fats in Avocados lets say, and those in peecanut butter, or walnuts?
will getting 80-90% of my fats from one source do any harm or less benefit than a variety? and to what extent?
because personally i feel that getting 12g of fats from an avocado is a waste when i can have the same 12g from 25g of peanut butter instead..
thanks in advance

there are differences like mono unsaturated vs poly unsaturated, omega-3, 6 and 9 etc.
So a variety is better.
