Step 1 weigh your self in the morning.
Step 2 make a home made turkey curry with some dodgy turkey breast
Step 3 eat it and enjoy
Step 4 spend the night in close proximity to the the toilet.
Step 5 weigh yourself next morning.
You should find that you weigh at least 1kilo less. Well I did
