chilli recipe

Recently i posted a chilli recipe but for those that missed it here it is again
1.5 lbs ground beef 93% lean
1 green pepper
1 can crushed tomatoes unsalted
1 onion
clove garlic
3 tablespoon chilli powder
1 can red kidney beans
3 tbls olive oil

Brown meat in separate pan.. with olive oil . In separate pan fry garlic chopped onion and green pepper for a few minutes . Add garlic pepper and onion to meat in a slow cooker or regular pot . . Add beans and tomatoes . Stir frequently . Let it cook for approx 2hrs .After an hour add chilli powder and other seasonings if you desire. Makes 4lbs of healthy delicious chill

Total Calories in 4lbs 1,190 . Sodium grams 500 . Fat 40 grams .and thats if you eat the entire 4lbs in just one sitting !. Still under your calorie goal. How about that . Cant beat it .
