Hi!
I was wondering how you all log your DVD-workouts? I'm thinking of starting up the 30 Day Shred or Ripped In 30 but since they're split up into strength, cardio and abs I don't know how to log them (I used to just log the 30 Day Shred as calisthenics or aerobics... but I don't think it's the best way to do it)

Most people log them as either circuit or aerobics... But of course it won't be accurate unless you use an hrm.
Edit: just make sure you only log the actual workout and not the stretching time. 30ds for example is only about 17 min actual workout not 230
