unclean eating

when checking out other members food diaries i am impressed only with members that are unclean eaters . When i say that i mean members that eat stuff that some say are bad for you in moderation (pizza ribs, cookies etc) but still stay under their daily caloric intake. They also burn close to 1000 calories a day doing cardio and other forms of exercise which is impressive as well. I am not impressed with diaries that show 1000 or under daily intake. True you will lose weight a lot quicker(20 lbs per month) but you are not impressing anyone by torturing yourself with "catlike" portions. I am a firm believer in eating what you want in moderation and still lose the weight .

    Your body requires good food to get adequate nutrition. Moderation doesn't't work for everyone. Unless you've tried other methods you can't know enough to pass judgment.

    I'd like to think no one here is out to impress people with their food diaries.

    They are trying to do what's best for them to lose weight and be healthy and are sharing information with a community to help them do that

    Oh and FYI I'm totally not hoping to 'impress' anyone via my diary :yawn:
  • I realize by leaving that post, i would open myself up to others that might take offense but i know a few people that are doing it for the impression aspect and i for one am not impressed and FYI i am still losing weight eating 'Crap" but bustin my a--- doing twice as much cardio as some of the couch potatoes on here
