Loose skin another reason to take it slow

I have noticed a few times during my weight loss that the skin on my face can get very loose. Loose skin on your face makes wrinkles. As I take progress pictures I have noticed there have been a few times that I look older and see more wrinkles. Then a few weeks later my skin looks better.
So slower loss is better that way. It makes sense that the skin on your face would get more loose.

Ditto on the loose skin:-) I was a bit taken aback when I saw some close-up photos taken when on a cruise a couple weeks ago--I was rockin' the shar-pei look . I've heard that keeping hydrated helps--till then I've resolved not to smile too big, avoid close-up photos unless the lens has the "Liz Taylor Blur Filter," and change my mindset to embrace this quote:
Wrinkles should merely indicate where smiles have been. ~Mark Twain0
