my goals

lose 15 to 20 pounds
i'm 5'4 and 149
become 120
run 5 to 6 miles a day
and to lift alot of weight!
i wanna become super muscular but skinny at the same time

    Good luck. Although from what I've learnt so far if you want to build muscles you should be eating over your daily allowance for calories. So if you want to lose weight you will want to first eat at a calorie deficit and do your cardio to drop the lbs, then once you hit your goal weight start building on your muscle and eating over your daily allowance.
