i lifted weight between 10 to 15 pounds yesterday and now i can't move my neck from side to side!
how do i start off as a beginner weight lifter and gradually work up to heavy weight cause 15 pounds seem heavy for me
can you people give me a beginner weight lifting program?
because i want to be able to work out like a body builder soon!

Form - watch videos on you tube - then watch some more
Warm up - even for lifting 'light' weights
Stretch - helps your range of motion and helps prevent injury
Not knowing what movements you were doing yesterday can't be more specific but the above are pretty good for most situations. Can't be DOMS unless you were head banging0 -
Neck pain is likely a result of poor form...0
