...some friends that either run, cycle, and perhaps work on abs! I consider myself a casual in all of those areas, and I log every day w/open diary. I'm not looking to lose any weight, but am fairly knowledgeable (lost 26 lbs since starting here). I have my abs progress pics in my blog, and could use some help, and will help/motivate where I can too!
